Established in 2023, Dany’s Kitchen began with one simple dream — to share the authentic flavours of Macedonia and the Balkans with our local community in Tarleton and Preston. What started in a small home kitchen, filled with the sweet aroma of baklava, pastries, and traditional cakes, soon grew into a passion that couldn’t be contained.

We took our family recipes, passed down through generations, and brought them to life at local markets, where every tray of handmade sweets and savoury bakes tells a story of heritage, love, and tradition. Each week, we meet wonderful people who stop by for a taste of something familiar — or something new and unforgettable.

At Dany’s Kitchen, every pastry is made from scratch, baked with care, and shared with pride. Whether it’s a flaky maznik, a slice of syrupy baklava, or a sweet treat for the road, we bring a piece of the Balkans to every market we visit.
